Renault UK and Douglas Stafford have been working in partnership for over 6 years, covering both the sales and aftersales operations including Renault Minute, Renault's fast fit aftersales operation.
Renault have benefited from valuable customer insight and measurement of their sales process and customer handling procedures through the use of Video, Telephone and Email Lead Management Mystery Shopping Programmes as well as development of Best Practice DVD’s to train staff and management teams on how to provide Renault's highly customer focussed processes.
In 2009 Renault continue to benefit from the insight that the Mystery Shopping Programmes provide and find these performance management tools invaluable in the current tough climate, allowing them to be pro-active and stay ahead of the game and their competition.
