These programmes are based on the results of your measurement surveys. Our specialist trainers utilise this data to build an effective, bespoke training programme that is relevant to your teams and your business's needs.

The Accredited Performance Coaching Programme consists of:

2 days of active training plus a further day of performance reviewing.

  • Workshop format.
  • Small classes of 6 - 12 delegates for improved tuition time.
  • Evidence based coaching programme using high end audio and visual equipment.
  • Seminars that can be held anywhere in the UK e.g. at our Portsmouth head office, your existing training facilities or at a local conference centre.
  • All reading materials and literature supplied along with custom branded exercise and work books.
