Our training programmes include workshops and courses headed by our experienced trainers. We pride ourselves on our ability to help businesses of all sizes improve and apply these same processes to the way we run our own business. This includes a strict quality control process and on-going training and personal development to help us stay focused on business needs.

The vast majority of our Training Programmes work alongside our Mystery Shopping services. These provide a benchmark that allows us to isolate areas for improvement, analyse the effectiveness of our input and make alterations and adjustments to our programmes where necessary. This effectiveness is maximised when both the Training Programme and Mystery Shopping become part of a continuous process, ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are consistently achieved and maintained.

In addition to group and one-to-one coaching programmes, we can also provide Best Practice DVD's, utilising mystery shopping footage to highlight areas for improvement.
